At LIFE Wellness and Counseling Services, we provide comprehensive mental health services tailored to individuals, families, and groups. AODA Service

Substance use disorders impact lives in profound ways. Our AODA services are designed to support individuals on their journey to recovery. We provide assessments, individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and education on the impact of substance use. Our licensed professionals work collaboratively to address underlying mental health concerns, providing a dual-diagnosis approach that empowers clients toward sustained recovery and a healthier future.

CCS Mental Health Therapy

We provide individual therapy in-office, virtually, or in the community for youth and adults. Our licensed therapists use CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and coping skills. Services are referral-based through CCS and can be initiated by discussing your needs with your care coordinator, who will submit the request on your behalf.

Problematic Sexualized Behaviors 

We Provide Individual Group and Family 

Our PSB Treatment Program provides specialized therapy for youth and adolescents who have exhibited problematic sexual behaviors. This structured program includes individual and family therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation. We focus on accountability, impulse control, empathy development, and healthy relationships. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for youth to learn, grow, and reintegrate into their communities with improved decision-making skills.

Our GAIN Assessment is a standardized tool used to evaluate substance use, mental health, and overall wellness needs. This assessment is used for treatment planning, program placement, and referrals. Our licensed professionals conduct these assessments with sensitivity and confidentiality, offering insights and recommendations tailored to each individual’s needs.
