Parent Advocates

Parent Advocates provide information and referrals, family support, education, as well Parent Peer Specialists who can assist families to empower them to access services their children need to be successful. This service is offered to individuals as well as groups.

Yoga

Yoga instructors provide services individually or in small groups in person, virtually, or in the community. Yoga services meets the clients where they are and help everyone to see that yoga is something all can enjoy and use for healing.

Sound bowl Healing

Sound therapy is healing and beneficial to restoration of our minds and body. It promotes relaxation and offers powerful healing properties. This service is offered in person and available on Friday’s from 8a-noon and Saturday’s 9a-10a.

Art Therapy/Wellness

Art therapy or wellness is provided individually or in small groups in person, virtually, or in the community. Art therapists incorporate creative methods of expression through visual art media.

Music Therapy/Wellness

Music Therapist or wellness is provided individually or in small groups in person, virtually, or in the community. Music therapists incorporate creative methods of expression through evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship.

Substance Abuse

Substance abuse counseling is available to individuals and groups. Allow us to assist you on your road to recovery as we educate, listen, and provide you with the skills to develop healthy habits.

Individual/Group Therapy

Services are available in-person, virtually, or in the community as it truly depends on the insurance to define the application of a service. Our team has several therapist available to journey with you as you work towards your mental health goals.

Individual Skills Development

An Individual skill development worker helps to develop and enhance a person’s ability to advocate for their needs, communicate better with others, problem solving, decision-making, managing emotions, resolving conflict, developing natural support systems, and addressing any other social needs you may have.
