Working beside Ms. Chambers has been a pleasure to work with as a professional colleague and overall mentor and friend. She has so many skills to contribute to the world that I would be writing forever!! As a colleague, Ms. Chambers has motivated families that were hopeless due to their personal circumstances. I have seen these same families becoming their best versions of themselves, primarily due to Ms. Chamber’s tenacity. She is a strong communicator that’s able to educate and relate to families on all levels. She is a strong leader that instills independence and critical thinking in others to ensure they can advocate for themselves. She is a strong advocate for assisting families in navigating generational family trauma in the African American communities. She is courageous in having difficult conversations with families and offering truthful feedback to encourage her families to find solutions. She has drive and determination, which aid in navigating the family breakdown and building tangible goals to transition the family to start healing as a whole. One of the characteristics I love about Ms. Chambers is her fearless nature of accomplishing goals and having an innovative approach to having a breakthrough with families that never felt heard and understood until their experience with her. She is truly a servant of leadership to her community, and she inspires everyone she engages with because she is a real example of “walking her walk and talking her talk.” Thank you for your dedication and your hard work in providing therapeutic services to families in dire need, even during crises. Ms. Chambers is a pillar of strength for people that lost their direction and voice in life, and she always uses that pioneering energy in creative ways to let others know it’s never too late to get back on track.  I thank you, Ms. Chambers, for all the support and encouragement she has shown me as I’m navigating my career in being a strong advocate for mental health in my African American communities. I know from experience of the impact she can have on others, and I know that she has all the skills and capabilities to change this world for the better. The advice and guidance she offers is truly invaluable.
